Quick & Easy Halloween Creations with Kryolan

Halloween transformations don’t have to take hours. With Kryolan’s professional products, you can create creepy, dramatic, and unforgettable looks in under an hour, even at the very last minute. From simple cuts to gory wounds, these ideas prove that with the right tools, scary can be simple.

Cuts

1. The Classic Cheek Cut
Outline the shape with Contour Pencil (970) and highlight its edges with Supracolor 8 ml a shade lighter than the natural skin. Fill the center with a Supracolor 8 ml (080) like 080, set with Translucent Powder 50 g (TL 1), and finish with Drying Blood 50 ml (dark) for a freshly torn effect. A slash of color and a drip of blood, instant horror in minutes.

2. The Split Eyebrow
Sculpt a quick cut across the brow using a spatula and Fresh Scratch 15 ml (dark). Add depth and realism by blending in Supreme Blood Internal 50 ml (dark) around the wound for that just -happened look. One quick carve across the brow and suddenly you’re party-ready…and dangerously devilish!

Wounds

3. Scratches on the Forehead
Shape a wound with Special-Plastic 30 g, seal with Liquid Latex clear 100 ml, and powder with Translucent Powder 50 g (TL 1). Shade with Supracolor 8 ml, then finish with a mix of Pintura Fake Blood and Drying Blood 50 ml (dark) for layered gore.
A few sculpted lines and you’re scratched, slashed, and story ready.

4. Infected Sore
Sculpt an open sore using Special-Plastic 30 g, sealed with Liquid Latex clear 100 ml. Once powdered and painted with Supracolor 8 ml, fill with Transparent Jelly 100 ml or Liquid Glass 50 ml. Add a touch of Synthetic Pus Effect and a little HD Blood 15 ml (dark venous) for a disturbingly realistic infection.
Oozing, grotesque, and hauntingly real, you’ll be sure to put people off their witches’ brew.

Stitches

5. Stapled Shut
Mold a wound with Artex, press real staple tacks into it before it cures, then powder. Shade with Supracolor 8 ml or FX Design Color Refill Square for a gruesome “stapled closed” effect.
A wound so convincing you’ll have people wincing.
Warning: Never pierce real skin!

6. Painted-On Stitches
The simplest cheat. Use Gel Eyeliner (black) to paint a gap, highlight edges with white, then dot stitch holes with black and highlight them with white. For extra detail, attach string across with Lash Adhesive Pro 1 ml for raised, threadlike sutures.
Drawn in seconds, but creepy enough to make anyone squirm.

7. Real Sutures (Advanced)
For pros only: Apply a thick layer of Artex, then stitch through it with real thread. Color with Supracolor Refill.
Warning: Never pierce real skin!
For the bold: real thread, real stitches, unreal screams.

Skin Effects

8. Road Rash Abrasion
Stipple Drying Blood 50 ml (light) across skin for a scratched effect, then layer Fresh Scratch 15 ml (dark). on top to add depth and a 3D feel.
A rough scrape that screams zombie apocalypse chic.

9. Zombie Skin
Texture skin by ripping holes into a latex sponge and stippling Supracolor 8 ml in Ruddy Reds. Seal with Translucent Powder 50 g (TL 1), then layer on Liquid Latex clear 100 ml, tearing pieces to reveal raw “flesh.” Fill gaps with Drying Blood 50 ml for a decayed finish.
Rotting layers and torn latex – the undead never looked so good.

10. Dirt & Mud
Grunge it up with Aquacolor 8 ml and Supracolor 8 ml in earthy tones, then add Dry Powder 100 g in dirt shades. Smear across skin, mist Color Spray into hair/clothing, and dab Transparent Jelly 100 ml so dirt clings naturally in pores and creases.
Messy, grimy, and wickedly perfect for witches and the walking dead.

Details That Shock

11. Rotten Teeth
Dry teeth and coat with Tooth Enamel (black) or Tooth Enamel (nicotine) shades for instant rot. Alternatively, use FX Design Color Refill Square and seal with Tooth Enamel (colorless) for custom decay. One smile is all it takes to send chills down spines.

12. Bald Cap Transformation
For the full eerie effect – think Uncle Fester or classic horror baldies. Slick hair back, apply a Latex Rubber Bald Cap uncolored L with Spirit Gum 12 ml, and paint with FX Design Color Liquid 50 ml or Dermacolor Camouflage Creme 4 g for a skin-perfect finish. Shade with Eye Shadows or Supracolor 8 ml for character depth.
Lose the hair, gain the scare - iconic horror in an instant.
